WELD COUNTY FOR A TERM OF FIVE YEARS ENDING JULY 1, 1963:
WHEREAS, the term of Herman Scheid as a Commissioner of the Housing
Authority of Weld County expires on July 1, 1958, and
WHEREAS, Herman Scheid has served faithfully and well on said Board
and is willing to accept the appointment and it is the desire of this Board that
he be retained on this Board of Housing Authority.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Herman Scheid be and he is hereby re-appointed as a Commissioner
of the Housing Authority of Weld County for a term of five years ending July 1, 1963.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

On October 7, 1953, The Board of County Commissioners appointed Mr.
Herman Scheid as a commissioner of the Housing Authority of Weld County,
Colorado, for a period of approximately five years, ending July 1, 1968.
It would be appreciated if you would inform the Board that 'in the,: eyes t,
they wish to reappoint.Wne Scheid, he has indicated his willingness to
serve another term.
Throughout his term of office, Mr. Scheid has demonstrated good judgment
and a broad understanding of the problems inherent in our policy of
providing the type of housing and other facilities that will attract
migratory labor to this area, and at the same time acchieve such economy
of operation that the rental rates on the shelter thus provided is not
excessive or inconsistent with the economic position of the migratory
agricultural worker.
All necessary forms and the oath of office of the new appointee will be
forwarded to your office as soon as we receive notice of the appointment.
