I would like to protest a four -lane highway being put in on
71 Avenue. There are too many houses and subdivisions along
this route to be cost effective for this. This would impact
Boomerang, Kaola Court, and Knaus subdivisions in addition to
the individual homes along the route. Also, 71 Avenue only extends

to Highway 34 so the cost would be significant. 83rd Avenue already
provides access south almost to Platteville and does not inrtnda
nearly as many homeowners
and subdivisions.
