Enclosed is an application from Martin Brothers Partnership for a request for a Substantial Change Hearing on
a parcel of land which had a land use application previously denied . The parcel of land is described as part of
the SW4 and part of the NW4 of Section 12, Ti N, R66W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location
of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is approximately 3/4 miles south of Weld County
Road 12 and approximately 3/4 miles west of Weld County Road 37.
