Gentlemen:
ti With reference to the captioned tract or parcel of land,
containing 0.028 acres, more or less, in the Southeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter (SE1.SE*) of Section Sixteen (15) , Town_
\; ship Six (o) North, Range Sixty_seven (67) West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, ;Veld County, Colorado, said tract or parcel
being more particularly described in the captioned reference,
please be advised that the City of Greeley, a municipality, does
not claim any right, title or interest in and to this parcel or
tract of land other than as a grantee or holder of an easement
from Weld County, as appears of record, for the purposes of main_
taining and repairing an underground pipeline used to transmit
water from the City's filter plant near Fort Collins, Colorado,
to its distribution system in Greeley, Colorado; that the City
claims no interest in the surface of the land or any control
over same, and its only interest in said tract or parcel arises
through its easement for an underground water transmission line.
