SUBJECT: Legal Action Authorization
The Department of Planning Services has scheduled the following violations to be considered at
the May 13, 1997 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Planning Services is
requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize
legal action to remedy the violations.
VI -9600140 Leonard Amendola
Sections 31.2, 31.3, 31.4, 31.4.9 and 45.5 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance and Solid Waste
Act 30-20-100.5, C.R.S.
Illegal Landfill in the Agricultural Zone District
VI -9600309 Phil and Carol Pfannebecker
Sections 31.2, 31.2.1, 31.2.16 and 43
Recreational Vehicle used as a residence in the Agricultural Zone District
VI -9600314 Edward and Merla Yost

The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed
with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an
interest in the properties, and any persons acting in active concert with the identified parties.
Copies of the violation materials are available at the Department of Planning Services' office or the
Weld County Attorney's office.
