VI -9600140 Leonard Amendola Sections 31.2, 31.3, 31.4, 31.4.9 and 45.5 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance and Solid Waste Act 30-20-100.5, C.R.S. Illegal Landfill in the Agricultural Zone District VI -9600309 Phil and Carol Pfannebecker Sections 31.2, 31.2.1, 31.2.16 and 43 Recreational Vehicle used as a residence in the Agricultural Zone District VI -9600314 Edward and Merla Yost Sections 31.2, 31.2.16 and 43 Mobile home located on property without appropriate permits in Agricultural Zone District VI -9700014 Thomas Mitchell -Property owner, Gary DeJohn-Owner of houses Sections 31.2, 31.2.1, 31.3, 31.4 and 31.4.18 Too many residences on property and sale of houses in the Agricultural Zone District VI -9700027 Richard and Shari Raffaeli Sections 33.4.2, 33.4.3.3, and 33.4.5 Mobile home without appropriate permits and Commercial business without a Site Plan Review in C-3 Zone District The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an interest in the properties, and any persons acting in active concert with the identified parties. Copies of the violation materials are available at the Department of Planning Services' office or the Weld County Attorney's office. Hello
