W. corner of section 15, Rip. 3N. , R. 6 West where it will connect with a county road extending westerly from said section corner and running east for ONE and ONE HALF MILES along the south side of said sections 15 and 14 where it will connect with the roads running east and south. Owing to certain conditions existing along the line where the pro- posed road is prayed for, we ask that the center of said road be made the section line between sections 15 and 22 for the first half mile,"and that it be located 30 feet north of said section line for the next one half mile, and that for the next eighty rods the center of said road be loca- ted 30 feet south of section line between sections 14 and 23 and from there for the next eighty rods that it be located 30 feet north of said section line between sections 14 and 23. Respectfully submit the following report,to wit: After receiving our authority to act,we met at the starting point of said proposed road,on the 23r*ay of March A.
