I would like to thank your staff for the cooperation shown during my recent monitoring visit.
My review of your program shows you have made excellent progress toward completing the activities
funded under the Colorado CDBG program. Based on my monitoring visit of October 5, 1995, the
Weld Youth Shelter project has been satisfactorily completed.
We would like to remind you the books on this project will remain open until we receive
the final audit and Certificate of Completion. Also, the County is responsible for
tracking client data that shows at least 50 percent (50%) of the clients served by the
Youth Shelter come from non -entitlement areas of Weld County.
I would like to thank Don Warden for the cooperation and the excellent work he
provided on the project. It made working on this project a pleasure.
