RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE #524 FROM
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)
DISTRICT FOR 353 LOTS WITH RESIDENTIAL USES -WESTERN DAIRYMEN
COOPERATIVE, % CLAY CARLSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Change of Zone#524 from A
(Agricultural) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) District for 353 lots with Residential uses for
Western Dairymen Cooperative, % Clay Carlson, 12460 1st Street, P.O. Box 247, Eastlake,
Colorado 80614, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 4th day of August, 1999, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to September 1, 1999,
at 10:00 a.m. to allow Western Dairymen Cooperative, % Clay Carlson, adequate time to
receive a full water commitment from the Left Hand Water District, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on September 1, 1999, the Board deemed it advisable to
continued said matter to October 6, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. to allow staff adequate time to review
the Subdivision/Multiple Tap Service Agreement between the applicant and the Left Hand
Water District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
October 6, 1999, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 1st day of September, A.D., 1999.
