BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that they sign modification of Freeway Agreement, Project
N. F 006-1(2), with the Colorado Department of Highways, dated November 24,
19_48, copy of said Agreement hereto attached.

4 MODIFICATION OF FREEWAY AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a certain agreement was entered into between TAE STATE HIGHWAY
DEPARTMENT'of the State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Department" and the
County of Weld, State of Colorado) hereinafter called the "County" on the 24th day
of November A. D. 1948, said agreement, captioned under Project F 006-1(2) and re-
lating to the location of a Freeway over a portion of relocated State Highway No. 3
within the County, and access rights to and from the arterial lanes of said Freeway
and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 6 of said agreement states that the same may be modified
at any time by mutual consent of the parties hereto subject to approval of the
Bureau of Public Roads, and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto, with the approval of the Bureau of Public
Roads, desire to modify Paragraph 4 of the said agreement as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, the County and the Department agree that Paragraph 4 of
said agreement shall be so modified that an additional access point "K" be added to
said Paragraph 4 and shall read as follows:
K. At the approach to the proposed industrial area
approximately 1200 feet north of the Cache La
Poudre River (Freeway Survey Station 2801) to
and from the East side only of the, Freeway.
Opening shall not exceed 60 feet in width.
This agreement is executed under authority of the laws in such cases made
and provided, and with reference to the signatories on behalf of the County by
virtue Of a resolution duly passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County on December 5 , 1958, a copy of which is attached hereto.

This is to certify that at a regular
meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, held on December 5 , 1958,
the following resolution was adopted:
"Resolved that this Board hereby approves a certain
modification of Freeway Agreement with the Colorado Department
of Highways, dated November 17, 1958, and authorizes the
execution of said Agreement on behalf of the County by
signature of the Chairman of the Board."
