We will amend the 1994 abatement on parcel number 0959-04-3-00-025 to $10,500,000. 2. We will not withdraw the 1993 petition until the 1994 is finalized. This is necessary to avoid exhausting our clients administrative remedies if the Board of County Commissioners does not concur with our agreed upon value. 3. We will withdraw the 1993 petition immediately after the 1994 value is reduced to $10,500,000 and approved by the State. Thank you for your cooperation.
