AN EXTRACT OF THE MINUTES
OF THE SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
HELD ON NOVEMBER 29, 1999
Motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted:
Trustee White made a motion, seconded by Trustee Macomber, to have Trustee Richard Kraemer
and Trustee Liz Knapp be appointed to represent the Coordinated Planning Agreement to Weld
County by whatever means they determine are appropriate. Upon roll call vote, the following
votes were recorded: Mayor Pro-tem Cogswell-Yea; Trustee White-Yea; Trustee Kraemer-Yea;
Trustee Knapp-Yea: Trustee Audino-Yea; and Trustee Macomber-Yea. The motion carried
unanimously. 6-Yea, 0-Nay.

true and correct extract of the minutes of the Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
