RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SHOW CAUSE HEARING CONCERNING
VACATION OF CHANGE OF ZONE #466 FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT -
PASQUALE VARRA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board, by Resolution #920450 dated June 1, 1992, did grant Change of
Zone#466 from A (Agricultural) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to Jack and Marjorie
Edson, for the following described real estate:
Part of the NW'/ NW'/ of Section 10, Township
2 North, Range 68 West of the 6'" P.M., Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, Pasquale Varra, 2150 South 96") Street, Broomfield, Colorado 80020, is
the current owner of said property, and
WHEREAS, on February 17, 1999, a Show Cause Hearing was conducted to consider
the vacation of Change of Zone #466 for said Planned Unit Development, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on February 17, 1999, the County Attorney advised the
Board an error had been made in sending legal notice to the owner, and
WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to March 8, 1999, at
10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
March 8, 1999, at 10:00 a.m.
