AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN ROAD DISTRICT NUMBER TWO, WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO, AND THE PETRIKIN ESTATE (RUSSELL BILLINGS, AGENT).
The Petrikin Estate hereby agrees to permit Weld County, Road
District Number Two, to remove gravel material from their
farm located in Section 31, Township 6 North, Range 66 West,
Weld County, Colorado, for a consideration of Twenty cents
A.204) per 4i cubic yard load.
Road District Number Two of Weld County, Colorado, hereby
agrees to remove material in such manner satisfactory to the
Petrikin Estate Agent, Mr. Russell Billings.
Agreement may be disolved at any time by either party.
