The Purchasers further agree to maintain all buildings and a. y... improvements in good condition except for normal wear and tear; and to keep all buildings now or hereafter erected on said property in- sured for the benefit of the Sellers for the value thereof not to he less than the unpaid balance of this Contract and Purchasers will deliver said policy or policies to the Escrow Agent, Broomfield Bank. It is understood that this paragraph does not include the four (4) granaries which are the subject of an Agreement dated Jan uary 1, 1974, and which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit A.
