TO SIGN DIVISION ORDER RE: ROYALTY INTEREST IN DO-875 CALCO-UPRR-
PIERCE TOWNSITE UNIT #1, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, hereby accept the Division Order of .016722 R. I. entitling Weld County
to receive royalty payments from The California Company, for that part of the oil
produced from DO-875 Calco-UPRR-Pierce Townsite Unit #1 (6a of the NW* of Section
26, Township 8 North, Range 66 West, Weld County, Colorado, more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Block 1 : Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 13, 14, 15
Block 2 : Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20
