Review permit for oil and gas production facilities in the R-1 (Low Density Residential) and I-2
(Industrial) zone districts. The parcel of land is described as The W2 NW4 of Section 4, T5N, R65 W of
the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has
been submitted is east of and adjacent to 1st Avenue; north of and south of and adjacent to Bliss Road.
The application is submitted your for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation
you consider relevant to this request would be appreciated. Your prompt reply will help to facilitate the
processing of the application. Please reply by July 14, 1995, so that we may give full consideration to
