RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER CONSTANCE L. HARBERT TO
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACTION PARTNERSHIP BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Constance L. Harbert be
reappointed to the Economic Development Action Partnership Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Commissioner Constance L.
Harbert to said board, with her term to expire December 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Commissioner Constance L. Harbert be, and hereby is,
reappointed to the Economic Development Action Partnership Board, with her term to expire
December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of January, A.D., 1998, nunc pro tunc January 1, 1998.
