RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF TERRY URISTA TO WELD 911 TELEPHONE
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld 911 Telephone Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Terry Urista be reappointed to said board,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Terry Urista to said board, with
his term to expire January 11, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Terry Urista be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Weld 911
Telephone Authority Board, with his term to expire January 11, 2000.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of January, A.D., 1998.
