Zachary Allely-motioned for this case to be continued until December 5, 1995 meeting due to lack of quorum.
Arlan Marrs seconded the motion.
The acting chairman asked the secretary to poll the members of the -Planning Commission -for their decision.

2. Consider date changes from January -2 to January 4, and September3 to September -5 for the 1996
Planning Commission schedule.
Jack Epple motioned to continue consideration of datethanges to December 5, 1995 meeting due to lack of
quorum. Arlan Marrs seconded the motion.
The acting chairman asked the secretary to poll the members of the -Planning Commission for their decision.
Ron Sommer -yes; Jack Epple-yes; Zachary -Alley -yes; Arlan Marrs -yes. Motion -carried unanimously.
