RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF LARRY SEASTROM TO WELD/LARIMER
REVOLVING LOAN FUND COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld/Larimer Revolving Loan Fund
Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Larry Seastrom be appointed to said board,
to replace Bill Shell, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Larry Seastrom to said board, with
his term to expire December 31, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Larry Seastrom be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld/Larimer
Revolving Loan Fund Committee, with his term to expire December 31, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of April, A.D., 1999.
