Colorado; that the Chairman of the Board be and is hereby authorized,and that } empowered

Reference is made to leases granted by
this Company of property used for industrial pur-
poses.
At this time, due to increased costs of
preparation and handling of leases, it becomes
expedient to increase the minimum annual rental to
an amount which more nearly reflects an adequate
compensation in line with present day trends and,
therefore, effective October 1, 1958, the minimum
annual rental will be increased to $25.00.
Accordingly, this will serve as advance
notification that if you desire renewal of your
lease, the annual rental- in the renewal will be
$25.00 per annum.
