APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS The Department of Planning Services has determined through the review that the standards of Sections 11.5.1 through 11.5.6 of the Weld County Subdivision Ordinance have been met. This Recorded Exemption is approved with the following conditions in accordance with information submitted in the application and the policies of the County. A Weld County septic permit is required for any proposed home. The septic system shall be installed according to the Weld County Individual Sewage Dispgsal System (ISDS) regulations. Prior to recording the plat, the applicant shall submit evidence that an ISDS evaluation has been completed by the Weld County Health Department on all existing septic systems. Prior to the recording of the plat, the applicant shall submit to the Department of Planning Services staff a road access 7.sh and maintenance agreement between the owners of Lot A, Lot B, and the property lying immediately north thereof, addressing their joint use and maintenance of the access road lying on the west 30 feet of Lot B. e plat shall show a 30' access easement across Lot A for the benefit of Lot B and the property to the north. Upon measuring the distance between this existing fence line and the NE Cor of the Section and measuring the distance to the calculated position of the East 1/16 between Sections 10 and 15 1 foetid that.the existing fence line at this 1/16 Cor would be within approximately 1 foot of the postion of this 1/16 corner. 11 the NIIPQ monument were used the fence line at this 1/16 corner would be approximately 4 feet from this corner. The NUM monument was set based upon the definition of "LAST". Based upon the location of this existing fence lines at both the quarter and sixteenth corner I determined that this quarter corner was not lost by "0BLTTfitAT)". I therefore set my inonwnmt at the extension of the line between the NE Cor /1., and the MIPQ mot'ument and on the existing fence line for this corner. 3.
