RE: DECLARE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS, AUTHORIZE SALE OF SAME TO
GREELEY-WELD COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO
SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, State statute and the Weld County Administrative Manual require that all items
disposed of be declared surplus by the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the County has determined that a loader, described as a Caterpillar 966 Loader,
Asset #15830003, being more fully described in a Bill of Sale which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is no longer required for County use, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Bill of Sale to the Greeley -Weld County
Airport Authority, which has agreed to purchase said loader for and in consideration of the sum of
$19,200.00 ($18,000.00 plus $1,200.00 painting), and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to declare said loader as surplus and
approve sale of same to the Greeley -Weld County Airport Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned loader be, and hereby is, declared surplus.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Bill of Sale to the Greeley -Weld County
Airport Authority, in the amount of $19,200.00, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said bill of sale.

THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO, Seller in consideration of
$19,200, paid by the Greeley Weld Airport Authority,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does grant,
sell, transfer, and deliver to Buyer the following
goods:
YEAR: 1969
MAKE: Caterpillar
MODEL: 966 Loader
SERIAL #: 76J2133
Buyer shall have all rights and title to the
goods in himself and his executors, administrators
and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Seller has executed the
bill of sale at Greeley, Colorado on December 4,
1995.
