In August of 1993 the Little Thompson Board implemented a "system impact" fee of $1000 per lot for all lots to be added to the system. This is due upon application for the tap. 2 . All improvements to District facilities required to provide service will be the financial responsibility of the developer in accordance with the District Rules and Regulations. All improvements must conform to District Specifications. This commitment will expire one year from the date of this letter if the taps have not been purchased and installed by that date.
