Beginning January 4, 1999, the City of Greeley will be providing
equipment maintenance services utilizing in-house staff and City
facilities . Under the terms of the intergovernmental agreement
dated November 13, 1991, between Weld County and the City of
Greeley, we are notifying you of the City' s intent to terminate
the agreement. The effective date of the termination shall be
January 5, 1999.
Fuel for the City of Greeley will continue under an
intergovernmental agreement with Weld County as discussed with
Judy Workman, Fleet Manager.
Thank you for your cooperation and assistance during the term of
this agreement .
