PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVFN That there were filed in
the District Court of Weld County, Colorado, on the Jr /I day of
1959 , Petitions entitled "In Re th2 Organization of
A674=44—,
Dacono Sanitation District , Weld County, Colorado" , which pe-
titions pray" for the organization of a sanitation district. Said
Petitions are now on file at the office of the CLerk of the Dis-
trict Court ofWeld County, Colorado, in Greeley", , Colorado, and
are available for public inspection.
The purpose of the District is to provide a complete
sanitary sewer f.atherini system to connect with the sewage treat-
ment plant of the Tri-Area Sanitation District .
The estimated cost of the proposed improvements is the
amount of w35 ,CCC.
The proposed District is located inWeld County, Colo-
rado, the boundaries of which are as follows :
A portion of the Northwest cuarter (NY' ) of
~ ection Six (6) , Township One (1) North, Ran ;e
Sixty-seven (67) West of the Sixth Principal
ieridian, and all within the corporate limits
of the Town of Dacono, Weld County, Colorado,
more particularly described as follows: Be-

two hundred eighty-seven and five tenths (267 .3)
