THROUGH A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW-k) OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP
5 NORTH, RANGE 65 WEST:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, hereby accepts the Right-of-Way Deed from W. E. and Mabel Stanton, David
J. and Lydia A. Miller, Victor R. and Charlotte T . Hill, and, Harold W. and
Elizabeth Adcock, for a public highway through a part of the Southwest Quarter (SWl)
of Section 18, Township 5 North, Range 65 West, of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado,
situate, as follows:
A strip of ground thirty (30) feet on each side of the following
described center line: Beginning at a point on the center line of
Levis Lane, whence the Northwest corner of Lot 41, Alles Acres,
according to the supplementary plat or map thereof, recorded in
Book 7 of Maps at Page 79 of the Weld County records bears South 16°
39' East a distance of 70.4 feet; thence, South 5° 48' West 68 feet;
thence, South 1° 41' East 293.5 feet; thence, South 3° 07' West
123.8 feet; thence, South 6° 59' East 362.4 feet; thence, South 6°
31' East 341.0 feet to a point on the North line of 25th Street Road
as described in Deed recorded in Book 1478 at Page 226 of the Weld
County Records.
Reserving however to the grantors, their heirs and assigns, respect-
ively, the fee ownership as now shown of record, subject to the
right-of-way hereby granted.
Reference is hereby made to the Records of the Weld County Recorder,

Mabel Stanton, David J. Miller, Lydia A. Miller, Victor R. Hill, Charlotte
T. Hill, Harold W. Adcock and Elizabeth Adcock for the consideration of
