The top portion of the certification contains the assessed valuation for real and personal property that you have received from our office in past years. The bottom portion contains the actual valuation information on real property that is to be used by non-school taxing districts to calculate local growth in accordance with the 1992 Tabor Amendment which is part of the Colorado Constitution. Our office has not yet received all the state assessed distributions of value for taxing districts and relied on last year's proportions for this first certification.
