RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE VACATION OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #735 -JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated May 28, 1986, the Board did approve Special Review
Permit#735 for a horse training and boarding facility for Joy A. Jefferson on the following described
real estate, to-wit:
Part of the SE'/, Section 32, Township 7 North,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Joy A. Jefferson, 35 Martin Lane,
Englewood, Colorado 80110, to vacate said Special Review Permit#735, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements
of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department
\of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having
`been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Special Review Permit#735 be, and hereby is, vacated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 29th day of May, A.D., 1996.

SUBJECT: Vacate USR 735, Joy Jefferson
The Department of Planning Services staff would like to request to vacate USR-735, for Joy
Jefferson. According to Development Standard # 12 for this Special Review permit:
"The Special Review permit shall not be transferable to any successors in interest to the
described property and shall terminate automatically upon conveyance or lease of the property
to others for operation of the facility."
Joy Jefferson has sold the property to Brian Soukup (See attached deed) and has sent the
Department of Planning Services staff a letter indicating that she would like to vacate Special
Use Permit#735.
