The Treasurer's report from the Rural Ditch Company is attached. At the meeting, the annual
assessment of the coming year was set at $400 per share. This is the same assessment as the prior
year. For some general discussion about the needs or repairs to the ditch. No specific
recommendations were made. The Board of Directors will review the condition of the ditch with
the superintendent to determine what repairs will be made in the coming years. The start of the
meeting was delayed for lack of a quorum. The meeting lasted approximately 30 minutes and
adjourned around 3 P.M.
