This is a follow-up to my original memo dated November 22, 1995, referencing the well that could
possibly be in the Weld County right-of-way. Weld County reserves the right to claim the right-of-
way on WCR 138. If at any time in the future Weld County decides to upgrade and build a section
of road at this location, the applicant would be required to relocate the well from the right-of-way.

I have reviewed the application and the drawing and have the following comments:
I would like the applicant to place on the mylar drawing the access from WCR 138 to the facility.
Is the applicant is utilizing the section line right-of-way to access the property? The County
reserves the right to claim 30' on either side of the section line. It appears that the well could
possibly be in that right-of-way.
