Martin This is a follow-up to my original memo dated November 22, 1995, referencing the well that could possibly be in the Weld County right-of-way. Weld County reserves the right to claim the right-of- way on WCR 138. Martin I have reviewed the application and the drawing and have the following comments: I would like the applicant to place on the mylar drawing the access from WCR 138 to the facility. Is the applicant is utilizing the section line right-of-way to access the property? The County reserves the right to claim 30' on either side of the section line.
