NOTICE OF THE
OPENING of PUBLIC ROAD
Notice Is Hereby Given that the County Commissioners of the County of
Weld will in sixty days from - . . 19 In direct the proper
- officer -to- open- and--work; as a-public highway, the road prayed for in a petition
filed at the office of said Commissioners on the 9th day of piny
A. D., 1919, said road being described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at
Cormm:mein. at the Northeast corner of section 2e Tvm 1., Range 67,
follor;irtz nention Lino South mile to the center of the East line
of said section.

And the said Commissioners do hereby declare the said line to be a public
highway from and after said sixty days.

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colo.
GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the
Abandoned
public require a County wagon road to be lai xSas follows, to wit: Commencing at
The Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of section 35, Twp 2, R.
67, and running in a Southeasterly direction to the center of sectionl,
Twp 1, Range 67, being a part of the established road No. 65, as here-
tofore, laid out and granted by the Board of `'ounty Commissioners of
Weld County. 1:14.4÷14 11-44.4+

And we fufther respectfully represent that the necessities of the
sublic require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows to-wit :

Said road to be not less than sixty (60) feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described,
and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of
one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give
the right of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
damage by reason thereof. / 0 v/7/ a&

made, the same being in
