RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT #2115 - ROBERT AND HOPE CANDELARIE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 1st day of February, 1999, considered the request of Robert and Hope Candelarie, 16143 Barley Avenue, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 7, Block 67, Aristocrat Ranchettes, Section 26, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home prior to locating the mobile home on the property. 2. Prior to occupancy of the mobile home, the mobile home shall be connected to an approved septic system and a legal water supply. 3. The mobile home shall meet the minimum setback and offset requirements for the A (Agricultural) Zone District. 4. The mobile home shall connect to a public water supply system when it becomes available. 5. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with Conditions 1 through 3 as stated above. Section 43.2.6.1.4-The general health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the county will not be jeopardized or compromised by the location of the mobile home n this site. If it is determined that the application meets the approval criteria of Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance and you have submitted a petition with the signatures of at least 70% of the surrounding property owners who have no objection to your request, you will be notified that the zoning permit is approved. If the staff determines that the application'does not meet the approval criteria, you will be notified and asked to appear before the Board of County Commissioners at a public hearing. You will be informed of the hearing date at least a week prior to the hearing. The Board of County Commissioners will then consider your application and make a final decision on the zoning permit for the mobile home.
