Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was
• RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, sign Quit Claim Deed to the Colorado Department of Highways,
for a tract of land, described as follows:
A tract or parcel of land No. 7 of Colorado Department of Highways'
_ Project No. S 0053(2),_containing 0.083 acres, more or less, in Lots
12, 13, 14 and 15 in Block 43 in the Town of Milliken, Colorado,
being in the NEI of the NW* of Section 11, Township 4 North, Range
67 West, of the 6th P.M., in Weld County, Colorado, said tract or
parcel being more particularly described as follows:
All that part of Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15, in Block 43 in the
town' of Milliken lying N. & E. of a line beginning at a point
on the N. line.of Lots 15, 14.1 feet W. of the NE corner of
Lots 15 and extending S. 52° 57' 30" E. , a distance of 123.5
feet to a point on the E. line of Lot 12, 73. 1 feet S. of the
NE corner of Lot 12.
The above described parcel contains 0.0 acres, more or less„all
of which is to be acquired.

4. THIS AGREEMENT shall be deemed a CONTRACT extending to and binding upon the parties hereto and upon the respective heirs,devisees,erewlas adninistro-

Right of Way Engineer,Assistant Right of Way Engineer,District Engineer,Assistant District Engineer or District Construction Engineer.
Of the total amount of compensation hereinabove agreed upon, the sum of 3. 33.00 chall be paid upon execution and delivery
of a good
land sufficient:
