RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF TOM FISHER TO WELD COUNTY UNIFORM BUILDING
CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Uniform Building Code Board
of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tom Fisher be appointed to said board, to
replace Jerry Engel as the plumbing trade representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Tom Fisher to said board, with his
term to expire December 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tom Fisher be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Uniform
Building Code Board of Appeals, with his term to expire December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 1st day of May, A.D., 1996.
