RE: APPROVE HOME QUARTERLY NARRATIVE PERFORMANCE REPORT, CDBG HOUSING
PROJECTS, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a HOME Quarterly Narrative Performance
Report, CDBG Housing Projects, from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing Authority,
to the Colorado Division of Housing, for the period from July 1, 1995, to December 31, 1995, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said report, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board, that the HOME Quarterly Narrative
Performance Report, CDBG Housing Projects, from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and
through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing
Authority, to the Colorado Division of Housing be; and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said report.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 22nd day of January, A.D., 1996.

SUBJECT: HOME Quarterly Report 1460
DATE: January 18, 1996
As discussed at the Housing Authority Work Session of January 15, 1996, the State Division of
Housing requires the submission of a quarterly progress report for the HOME housing
rehabilitation program.. The report for the quarter ending December 31, 1995, is attached.
Four (4) single family owner occupied projects have been completed thus far. The goal for the
project is ten units. One rental rehabilitation project is in the bid process. The goal for rental
rehabilitation is four units. The project will run through May 15, 1996.
Marketing of each program will continue to be implemented in order to meet project goals.
Staff is recommending Board approval of the quarterly report for the quarter ending December 31,
1995
