RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY BUILDING
TRADES ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Building Trades Advisory
Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Scott Kinnison, small independent general
contractor, and Sam Ainsworth, heating contractor, be appointed to said committee, to replace
Anthony Belfiore and Donald Hobart, respectively, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Mark Muse, small independent general
contractor; Tom Fisher, plumbing contractor; and Dan Gongloff, representative for Home Builders
Association of Northern Colorado, be reappointed to said committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Scott Kinnison and Sam Ainsworth to
said committee, with their terms to expire April 10, 1999, and April 10, 1998, respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Board also deems it advisable to reappoint Mark Muse, Tom Fisher, and
Dan Gongloff to said committee, with their terms to expire April 10, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Scott Kinnison and Sam Ainsworth be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Weld County Building Trades Advisory Committee, with their terms to expire April 10, 1999, and
April 10, 1998, respectively.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Mark Muse, Tom Fisher, and Dan Gongloff
be, and hereby are, reappointed to said committee, with their terms to expire April 10, 1999.
