RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM MOARK HATCHERIES, LLC, FOR PREADVERTISEMENT OF
SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1092 FOR COMMERCIAL EGG PRODUCTION FACILITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Moark Hatcheries, LLC, 9583 Weld
County Road 73, Roggen, Colorado 80652, for preadvertisement of an application for Special
Review Permit #1092 for a commercial egg production facility, and
WHEREAS, said property is described as the E1/2 of Section 13, Township 2 North,
Range 63 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request, with
the hearing date to be set as September 27, 1995 at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request from Moark Hatcheries, LLC, for preadvertisement of an
application for Special Review Permit #1092 for a commercial egg production facility be, and
hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date to consider said request
be, and hereby is, set as September 27, 1995 at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 23rd day of August, A.D., 1995.

SUBJECT: Request for Pre -Advertising
The applicant for USR-1092, Moark Hatcheries, LLC is requesting pre -advertising. The Weld County
Planning Commission will consider USR-1092 for a commercial egg production facility on September
19, 1995. The applicant is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners grant their request
for pre -advertising so that the board may consider their application on September 27, 1995.
