Per telephone conversation with Mike Litchenberger at 9:55 am, neighbor, stated he is in opposition .
to the above matter. Reasons stated are as follows: 1) A Zone and not in favor of commercial use
2) Will create more traffic on the road that he uses for moving farm machinery.
Stated he would send a letter later.
