I am providing this letter to let you know that I have once again contacted Land Surveyors in
efforts to cause the Amended USR plat to be completed. It is my sincere hope that Land
Surveyors can complete the Amended Plat in order that it may be recorded August 31, 1996.
I believe that completion of the Amended Plat is not particularly complicated, and, therefore, the
plat should be completed in the relatively near future and then recorded. I appreciate your
patience and you attention to this matter. If you should have any question or concern with regard
