RE: APPROVE VACATION OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT#366 - HUNTERNERMEER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated September 13, 1978, the Board did approve Special Use
Permit#366 for a hog operation for Roger Vermeer on the following described real estate, to-wit:
The north 1683 feet of the west 1320 feet of the NW'f
of Section 6, Township 8 North, Range 67 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS,the Department of Planning Services staff recommended the vacation of Special
Use Permit #366 due to a Condition of Approval of RE #1681 approved by the Department of
Planning Services staff on December 13, 1994, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Stephen R. and Peggy L. Hunter to
vacate said Special Use Permit#366, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements
of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department
of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having
been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Special Use Permit#366 be, and hereby is, vacated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 1st day of April, A.D., 1996.

SUBJECT: SUP-366
This is a request to vacate SUP-366 for a hog farm operation which was approved by the Board of
County Commissioners on September 13, 1978. RE-1681 was approved by the Department of
Planning Services' staff on December 13, 1994. RE-1681, which included the entire SUP-366 area,
split the property into two parcels of 38 acres and 12 acres, more or less. A condition of approval
of RE-1681 was that the applicants comply with the special use permit development standards and
conditions of approval or that the applicant vacate the special use permit.
