RE: Extension of CDBG Contract No. 94-963
Dear Commissioner Hall:
This letter is in response to a request by Jodi Hartmann, RLF Administrator, Weld County
RLF, dated August 14, 1995 to extend the above referenced contract through December31,
1997. This should allow sufficient time to fulfill contract conditions. I am approving this
change based on the recommendation of the Office of Business Development.
This change is considered to be non -substantial since:
• The goals of the project, the activities to be undertaken and the proposed
beneficiaries remain the same;
• The budget for grant funds is not being modified; and
• No additional state funding is needed.
This modification will not change any programmatic, budgetary or other conditions of the
contract.
