APPROVAL OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Constantin Skoumbourdis to approve the agenda as presented.
Mary Ellen Stoll seconded the motion, and the motion was carried unanimously.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Melvin Brown approved the September 24, 1996, meeting as submitted. Constantin
Skoumbourdis seconded the motion, and the motion was unanimously.
ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT
John Pickle, Director of Weld County Health Department, gave a brief update on
the Immunization Program. He also gave a review of the Health Department's
revenue account.
Jeff Stoll informed the board members of the Compost Your Pumpkin Collection at
Plumb Farm, 4001 West 10th Street in Greeley, on November 1,2, or 3, 1996.

Cumley, Larry (SP-9600457) 4th Street and Roosevelt, Colorado -- A motion was
made by Melvin Brown to approve the Variance Request as presented. Ann Garrison
seconded the motion, the motion was carried unanimously.
Pino, Pamela (SP-9600542) 16132 WCR 390, Hereford, Colorado -- A motion was made
by Melvin Brown to approve the Variance Request as presented. Ann Garrison
seconded the motion, the motion was carried unanimously.
ENGINEER DESIGNS:
J.W. Brewer Tire Company (SP-9600507) 28625 Hwy 34, Kersey, Colorado -- A motion
was made by Constantin Skoumbourdis to approve the Engineer Design as presented.
Ann Garrison seconded the motion, the motion was carried unanimously.

Ben Slater, Chairperson turned the meeting over to Donna Meier, Vice Chairperson.
Monfort (SP-9600491-SP-9600494) 28625 US HWY 34, Kersey, Colorado -- A motion
was made by Ann Garrison to approve the Engineer Design as presented. Mary Ellen
Stoll seconded the motion, the motion was carried unanimously. Ben Slater
abstained from voting.
Donna Meier, Vice Chairperson turned the meeting back over to Ben Slater,
Chairperson.
Donna made a motion to adjourn. Mary Ellen Stoll seconded the motion, and the
motion was carried unanimously.
