Powars moved the adoption of the fol- lowing resolution: RESOLVED, That the County Attorney be authorized to dis- miss the suit in Weld County District Court for right-of-way for road running east of Keenesburg as constructed in the fall of 1924. All unpaid costs to be paid by the County and all deposits paid into the Court to be returned to the County and that a provisional compromise settlement-with-=D; A: -Lord-b-e-ratified-so that the road shall be lo- cated on the line where now constructed; to-wit: The North sixty (60) feet of the South Halves of Sec— tion 25, Township Two North, Range 64,West, and of Section 30, Township Two North, Range 63 West; thence thirty (30) feet each side of the line between the South Halves of said Sec- tions 29 and 30, Township Two North, Range 63 West; • and that the County road on the South side of said section 25 be aban- doned upon the presentation of a proper petition therefor.
