council to:

kennel in the Agricultural/Residential Zone District described as: Lot 3,Block 5,Green Acres Subdivision;
located in part of section 24, Township 1 North,Range 66 West of the 6`"P.M.,Weld County, Colorado.
Each petitioner agrees that the plan for a kennel in this location is not within the compatibility of a
residential neighborhood.
