BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, hereby accept the Division Order of .004437 II, entitling
Weld County to receive royalty payments from The California Company, for that part
of the oil produced from DO-900 Calco-UPRR-Olin W. Venable Etal Unit #1 ( E- of
the NW4 of Section 26, Township 8 North, Range 66 West, Weld County, Colorado,
more particulary described as follows; to-wit:
Block 3: Lois 9, 22, 31,32 33 34, 3 38 39
Block 4: Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19

All in Pierce, Colorado, Cave & Priddy Addition)

Gentlemen:
The California Company has filed for record, in the records of Weld
County, Colorado, a Pooling Declaration establishing The California Company-
Union Pacific Railroad Company-Olin IL Venable et al Unit #1, in the East 141f
of the Northwest Quarter (Ei of NW*) of Section 26, Township 8 North, Range 66
West, Veld County, Colorado, under which all of our leases, covering an interest
in the acreage, are pooled and consolidated.
According to our Surveyors, the lands allocated a share of production,
for the acreage so allocated and percentages, are as follows

In order that we may be in a position to commence the payment of royal-
ties to you, for your interest under the lands allocated a share of production,
we have prepared and enclose division orders. Your interest may be determined
by applying the royalty rate of 1/8, under the lease wader which you own an in-
terest, times your interest in said lands, times the percentage for said lease.
If you find your interest to be set forth correctly, kindly sign the division
order at the spaces indicated in the presence of two witnesses. Additional
copy is intended for your file. Your early attention to this matter will expe-
dite the payment of royalties to you for your share of production under the well
which is presently producing on this unit.
