Re: Closure of WCR 17 from WCR 50 North 750 Feet to Relocated WCR 17
Dear Commissioners:
The undersigned are aware of the safety improvements being done at the easterly intersection of
WCR 17 and WCR 50 by the Weld County Public Works Department.
With implementation of the safety improvements noted above, we have no objection to closing the
old WCR 17. Accessing the north end of old WCR 17 is dangerous due to the oblique angle of
intersection.
We assume the County will continue to maintain old WCR 17 from WCR 50 north to the existing
accesses.
