RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO ASSESSMENT PROTOCOL FOR EXCELLENCE IN
PUBLIC HEALTH COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Assessment Protocol for Excellence in
Public Health Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Charles Baum be appointed to said
committee to replace Constantine Skoumbourdis, and Jean Mallett be appointed to replace
Jennifer Velasquez, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Charles Baum and Jean Mallett to
said committee, with their terms to expire September 1, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Charles Baum and Jean Mallett be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Assessment Protocol for Excellence in Public Health Committee, with their terms to expire
September 1, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 19th day of January, A.D., 1998.
