Dear Sir/Madam:
Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology now stipulates that
prior to obtaining a release from the reclamation permits for gravel
and borrow operations, we must first notify the County, in which
operations are located, of our intention to request the release.
This is to notify you that we plan to request a release from
our gravel operation on the Kenneth Vernon McEndaffer property located
in the N. 1/2 of Section 25, Township 11 North, Range 57 West of the
6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado.
