duly sworn, states that it is
publisher of the South Weld Sun, a weekly
newspaper published in Keenesburg in
said County and State; that said
newspaper has a general circulation
in said County and has been
continuously and uninterruptedly
published therein, during a period
of at least fifty-two consecutive
weeks prior to the first publication
of the annexed notice; that said
newspaper is a newspaper within the
meaning of the act of the General
Assembly of the State of Colorado,
entitled "An Act to regulate the
printing of legal notices and
advertisements," and amendments
thereto; that the notice of which
the annexed is a printed copy taken
from said newspaper, was published
in said newspaper, and in the
regular and entire issue of every
number thereof, once a week for
successive weeks; that said
notice was so published in said
newspaper proper and not in any
supplement thereof, and that the

ORDINANCE NO. MA REGARDING TNE SETTING OF FEES
FOR THEPROCESSING OF LIQUOR ANDBEER
LICENSES, PERMITS AND APPLICATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF
COLORADO:
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Weed, Sat, of Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Horne Rule Cher, is
vested with the authoray of administering the affairs of Wed
County, Colorado, and
W NEREA5, tie Bard at County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, has the Whoring, under State
statute, to establish fees for the processing of Liquor and
Beer License., permits. and applications, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Coady CdrMsssrers
of Weld County desires to adopt, through this Ordinance, tea
for the processing of Liquor and Bear Licitness, Dennis, and
applications as ndtdad n HB 1076, which became eftecdNe
July 1, 1997, and
• WHEREAS, a Dopy of said fee schedule, melted
as Exhibit A, is attached hreto and Incorporated herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the
Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State
of Colorado, that Ordinance No. 5-A be, and hereby a,
repealed and that the tee schedule tot the Ptouasalng o
Liquor and Beer Licenses, permits, and applications set
in EMS A, shall be Melee. charged by tn.. County of Weld
under the State of Colorado liquor and Bear Code.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that
an emergency mists inasmuch as HB 1075 Scars, elective
a July 1, 1997; therefore, this Ordnance is declared to be an
Emergency Ordinance under the provisions of Section 3-14
of the Wald County Home Rule Cheer, and its Seethe date
shall be July 1, 1997.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board, if
